YouTuber Who ‘Went Undercover As A White Man’ At Rally Reveals Racist Threats In DMs

It looks like YouTuber Niko Omilana has well and truly rattled the racists on social media, after going undercover at the Unite the Kingdom rally in London the other week and capturing all kinds of crazy footage and comments from some of the people in attendance.

In case you missed it, Niko donned whiteface so that he could blend in at the event and then walked around chatting to people, several of whom were just blatantly and openly racist about immigrants and black people. And so after sharing the footage on YouTube and going viral, Niko put out a few screenshots of the fan mail he’s been receiving via DM:

I just love how he makes a joke out of everything instead of crying and playing the victim. After all, he’d have been fully aware that these are the sorts of messages he’d be receiving after sticking the footage online. Certain people just can’t handle the fact that he’s exposed a few racists at the Unite the Kingdom rally. Why would any sensible person have a problem with that?

Even the video itself was pure comedy, despite the undeniably awful comments it captured:

Fair play to Niko for taking all on the chin. After doing this to the EDL, the KKK and now at the Unite the Kingdom rally, he’s got to go down in British YouTuber history. I don’t see anyone at the BBC or Guardian having the balls to try something similar, do you?

Remember, as Niko said when he rounded off the video: “I don’t believe everyone at this march is racist, but it’s clear a lot of racists feel very comfortable being involved, and instead of anyone here calling it out, it’s completely denied.”
