Trans Woman Who Sued Spa For Refusing To Wax Her Balls Is Now Wanted By Police

Remember Jessica Yaniv? The Canadian trans woman went viral a few years back after filing human rights complaints against several salon workers because they refused to wax her balls, and was then found to be chatting up underage girls online and asking them really perverse questions about their periods.

Jessica is now back in the headlines again in relation to a criminal harassment charge, according to Western Standard.

The outlet spoke with the complainant, who doesn’t actually mention any details of the harassment. No court documents have been released in relation to the case and Calgary Police are yet to comment either, so all we know for sure is that Yaniv has been harassing someone to the point that they called the police on her.

Yaniv first went viral way back in 2019 after taking 16 women to court for human rights abuses after they refused to wax her balls at the salons they work at. One of the businesses was even shut down – here’s Jessica bragging about it at the time:

She ended up losing the court case, which was a huge win for common sense, although it was a bit crazy that the whole thing dragged on for four months and wasn’t immediately laughed out of court.

Since then, Yaniv has attacked a reporter, been busted messaging young kids, admitted to watching child p0rn, and pulled out a taser during an interview with Blaire White. All things considered, it’s fairly shocking she has not wound up behind bars already.

Yaniv has actually been arrested multiple times – for possession of the aforementioned taser, for making threats, and for attacking that reporter – but has thus far managed to avoid prison time over her convictions, instead being handed probation and conditional charges every time.

As such, I doubt they’ll send Yaniv to prison over a harassment charge, but at least she’s not trying to force salon workers to shave her lady dumplings anymore, right?
