These ‘Patriots’ Are Facing Backlash For Putting Up Flag Outside Reluctant Pensioner’s Home

I didn’t realise that people are still going around putting up Union Jack flags anywhere they can, but apparently it’s still happening in some parts of England, and on this particular occassion it’s really sad to see.

An elderly man politely asks the self proclaimed ‘Worcester Patriots’ to not stick a flag up on the lamppost directly outside his home, but they completely dismiss him, call him a ‘traitor’ and do it anyway:

It’s quite amazing that this guy thought everyone would watch his video and condemn the old man who would rather not have a Union Jack flag flying outside his home, rather than the two men harassing and disrespecting him and his wife on camera. “We are going to make you famous”, they tell him. How deluded can you get?

For a bunch of people who consider themselves ‘protectors’ of British values, women and the vulnerable, they do seem to find themselves abusing and threatening other people a lot. Not to mention – they ended up hanging the flag upside down!

For shame. Haven’t these people got anything better to do with their lives?
