Simon Cowell Claims He Is ‘Ageing Backwards’ And Has Lowered His Biological Age
Few people spend as much money as Simon Cowell on trying to look young, but the music mogul actually reckons he’s “ageing backwards” after routinely getting treatment to have his blood “rinsed” and “filtered”.
Cowell, 66, says he eats well and exercises, but the main thing that’s been working for him is having his blood recycled into his own body.
Simon says: “I go to this place, this wellness clinic, where they actually take your blood, they rinse it, they filter it and then they put it back into your body,”
“You do all these tests, and they tell you your age, so I’ve actually aged backwards by eating better, more exercise, less stress, and certain supplements. My brain is still there, I still have the energy.”
Given this treatment costs around £4,000 a pop, it better be bringing results. What do we reckon? Not bad for 66, eh?

I guess there’s only so much that a good diet, exercise, sh1t tons of plastic surgery and cosmetic treatments can do for you; if you’re really serious about staying young (or even better – ageing backwards) then you’ve got to fork out £4k a pop to have your blood taken out of your body, rinsed, filtered and put back in.
Still, at least he’s not replacing his blood with the blood of children (as far as we know). Sounds like that could be the ultimate reverse ageing hack for a time-fighter like Simon Cowell.
The Britain’s Got Talent judge has done a 180 on plans to cryogenically freeze his body, however, after he “found out they chop your head off, so you come back in 2,000 years as a floating head”. Not ideal, really.
