Robbie Williams Fears Weight Loss Jabs Are ‘Making Him Blind’ As He Warns Of Worrying Side Effects

Robbie Williams reckons weight loss injections are ‘making him blind’ after noticing his vision rapidly deteriorate after he started using Mounjaro.

The singer, 51, says his eyesight has become increasingly blurry in recent months and it’s starting to affect him on stage. Definitely nothing to do with being middle-aged, and 100% down to the weight loss jabs.

Robbie told The Sun: ‘I was quite an early adapter of the jabs but what I’m also noticing is that my eyesight’s not very good.

‘It’s been blurry for a while now, and it’s only getting worse. I don’t believe it’s age; I believe it’s the jabs.’

Robbie says he first noticed something was wrong when he attended an American football game and couldn’t make out the players, describing them as ‘shapes on the field’.

He has even struggled to see people's faces during his live show and when typically serenading a fan during She's The One

He says he even struggles to see people’s faces during emotional moments at his live shows:

‘Basically, I was looking in the direction of these women looking up at me, having this experience that’s quite obviously incredible to them, and little do they know I can’t see them.’

Has Robbie gone to an ophthalmologist to get his eyes checked out properly? Apparently not. Instead he went to an optician, who prescribed him new glasses, and it was only later that he linked the issue to his injections.

Turns out – he may actually be onto something. A US study recently found a potential link between Semaglutide-based drugs (Ozempic, Mounjao, Wevy, etc) and a rare optic nerve condition that can lead to blindness.

Two years ago, Robbie revealed that his two stone weight loss was thanks to 'something like Ozempic' (Pictured in 2013)

Robbie says he wants to warn others of possible side effects and encourage people to ‘research properly’ before starting similar injections.

Aside from potentially going blind, it sounds like skinny jabs have done the trick for Robbie. He previously said he had gone from 3st 13lb down to 12st 1lb while using Ozempic. What I don’t get is why he doesn’t use his millions to hire a chef and personal trainer to whip himself into shape the old fashioned way? Guaranteed to not make you go blind, either.
