Student houses are notoriously dirty. When you get six teenagers living out of mummy’s home for the first time and squeeze them into a tiny living space, the results are downright filthy.

A competition has been launched called ‘Britain’s Worst Student Digs’ and all you have to do to enter is provide a few basic details as well as a photo of your mess. Here are some of the worst entries so far:
