Man In An England Flag Hat Gets Upset In His Local Tesco About “Evergreen Trees”
It’s nearly Christmas which means it’s time to lose the plot over woke Santas and hijabs in M&S adverts, or how about Tesco rebranding some of their Christmas trees as “Evergreen trees”?
This guy was so angry about it that he put on an England flag hat and went to his local Tesco to have a go at the employees about “Evergreen trees”:
Yer da, goes around Tesco asking for the manager to complain about Christmas trees. pic.twitter.com/YEWjlgEpoQ

Amazing. Of course, if this guy was paying attention, he would have seen that Tesco are still selling Christmas trees, it’s just some of the trees have been renamed to help customers distinguish between the many Christmas trees that Tesco sells, and not as part of any secret agenda to eradicate the word “Christmas.”
As these Tweeters pointed out:
A tree from Tesco 30 years ago btw 🤣. pic.twitter.com/quGhprqJ4t

Nobody is offended. Apart from the people shitting their pants that a box doesn’t say Christmas on it, even though the pallet does, the aisles do, the entrance does, and if you missed all of that, the tills do too. pic.twitter.com/NtQlnXfZx1

See? Nothing to worry about. I wonder if the Tesco employees explained that to him and that’s why he turned off the camera so quickly. Then again, he was thick enough to post it on the internet so maybe he still doesn’t realise? Maybe it’s funnier if we keep it that way.
