Man, 32, Breast Fed From Woman Nearly Twice His Age To Get Back At His Mum

We’ve got a frontrunner for ‘most screwed up individual of 2025’ award: this man who was ‘breastfed’ by a 60-year-old woman for 10 minutes as a ‘way of getting back at his mother’.

Michael Jones, 32, ‘who has attachment issues’ (you don’t say), had the secret moonlight rendezvous with the woman on a cycle track despite being banned from seeing her.

Jones had previously assaulted the 60-year-old with whom he shared a ‘mother-and-son’ type relationship, and breached a restraining order by seeing her again.

Despite the restaining order, Caernarfon Crown Court heard the pair met up on three occasions during the summer, including the time he ‘breastfed’ from her in public.

Prosecutor Amy Edwards said the unnamed woman saw Jones of Glan Cadnant, Caernarfon on a cycle path. He looked ‘tired’ so she left him a bottle of water. They messaged each other on Facebook afterwards and met in a park in Caernarfon at night in July.

The woman said she told Jones that their relationship was over, and asked him to stop contacting her. She described it as a ‘mother and son’ relationship whereas he classed himself as a ‘caregiver’.

The court heard how Jones had a ‘hatred towards women’ and ‘an odd fascination with [the woman’s] breasts’.

Days later they met on a cycle track again. They kissed consensually and ‘she allowed him to breast feed for 10 minutes’.

He told her he spoke to women of her age ‘as a way of getting back at his mother.’ Um yeah, that’ll show her.

One day in July, Jones rang the woman to say he was starving and asked her to come to his flat. She went over and he initially would not let her leave. When she eventually did leave, she went to stay with a friend because she became so afraid of Jones.

Shortly after, Jones told his probation worker about the ‘secret’ meetings in ‘concealed’ locations. Which obviously wasn’t very smart because the probation officer then told the police.

In a statement, the 60-year-old woman said: ‘I know he’s obsessed with me. I know from experience that the obsession is dangerous.’

Dafydd Roberts, defending Jones, said his client now has a new girlfriend and so wouldn’t be bothering the 60-year-old woman anymore.

On the woman, Roberts added: ‘While she talks about the harm she suffered her conduct suggests she was more prepared to have this contact than she admits.’

‘She met him late at night in quiet locations. However, Mr Roberts said Jones does have ‘attachment problems’.

‘He knows he should not have been having contact with her but he could not stop himself.’

In the end, Jones was jailed for three months for the breaches and activated 12 months from his suspended sentence, making a total of 15 months’ imprisonment. The restraining order was also extended for three years to end on June 5, 2030.

Having read all the details, I’m actually wondering whether the aforementioned ‘most screwed up individual of 2025’ award should go to the 60-year-old woman instead. After all, she was totally complicit and enabled him to breach the restraining order so that he could breastfeed from her. How can you put a restraining order on someone and then continue to meet them, anyway?
