Male Stripper Who ‘Jiggled The Breasts’ Of Soon-To-Be-Bride Found Guilty Of Sexual Assault
A Magic Mike-style stripper who ‘jiggled the breasts’ of a bride-to-be during her hen do has been found guilty of sexual assault.
Stuart Kennedy, from Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, Scotland, has been placed on the Sex Offenders Register after he was found guilty of ‘jiggling’ the client’s breasts, with a court finding he failed to gain consent from his client to perform ‘simulated oral sex’ on her and for him to ‘touch her breasts’.
The 32-year-old victim said she was ‘shocked’ and ‘froze’ when Stuart – dressed as a fireman – burst into the party at Crieff Hydro, a four-star hotel resort in Perthshire, Scotland, having been secretly booked as a surprise by her sisters.
The woman, who works as a solicitor, said she repeatedly said ‘no thank you’ to Stuart but that he carried on despite this.

She recalled during the trial: “The door burst open and slammed hard against the opposite wall. A man dressed in a firefighter’s uniform came in. I decided I had to grin and bear it and go through it. It’s not my preference, that kind of activity.
“I didn’t think I was in danger, just that it would be unpleasant and not to my taste.”
She claims she ‘cried’ and ‘panicked’ in front of her 15 friends, and that she was ‘trying to communicate’ with Stuart that she was not a ‘willing participant’.
She told the court that costumed Stuart, 42, ‘forced his hands between her thighs’ and ‘made [her] simulate giving him oral sex’.
She said: “I started to comply with him because I didn’t know what he was going to do next. He still had his trousers on. He had sewn a fake erection into the crotch. It felt like a bean bag. He was fiddling with the button on my shirt at one point. At my cleavage.
“There was more grinding against my thigh. I was trying to keep my legs together.”
She claims Stuart them came up behind her to ‘grab both [her] breasts and jiggle them about’ – a claim the stripper denies. He says her breasts may have moved when he was performing a routine to Village People’s ‘YMCA’.
Furthermore, Stuart denies handling the woman’s thighs and private parts or attempting to kiss her. He also denies sitting on her, seizing her by the head, and restraining her.

Interestingly enough, Stuart was supported by the woman’s younger sister, who told police that she’d ‘enjoyed’ herself and that she didn’t ‘remember’ anything happening that you ‘wouldn’t expect from a stripper at a hen party’.
The woman’s other sister said she had ‘buyer’s regret’ hiring the man, telling the court: “He stood her up at one point and reached around and grabbed her boobs aggressively.
“I remember it took my breath away a wee bit, because I just didn’t think that was right. It was not long after that she left, she ran out the room and locked herself in the bathroom.”
In the end, Stuart Kennedy was found guilty of two charges, with Sheriff Paul Reid telling Perth Sheriff Court that he was ‘satisfied’ that the defendant touched the bride-to-be’s breasts, stating that the woman’s evidence was ‘clear and corroborated’, and ‘nothing could have given him the impression she consented to being touched in that manner.’
Stuart has been placed on the Sex Offenders Register and warned that he could face being sent to prison after the court was told he had a previous similar conviction while on a job.
Aside from these two instances, Stuart, who has been a ‘professional entertainer’ for almost 20 years, claimed he’d ‘only ever had nothing but good reviews’ and that his firefighter act was a ‘beautiful gift’.
It’s a tricky one really. Obviously it’s not nice to read about this woman’s experience and how she felt throughout it, but at the same time, it does sound like fairly standard stripper/hen-do shenanigans. If anything, the blame should go on the bride’s sisters who organised the whole thing. They would’ve known their sister was someone who wouldn’t appreciate it a surprise like that, surely?
Either way, it really should be something that you could resolve yourself without needing the police. There was no malice involved, it wasn’t an ‘attack’, it was merely a case of misunderstanding the client’s expectations. For Stuart, he probably felt like what he was doing was part of the package.
Then again, he does have that prior conviction for something similar, so maybe he should’ve been smarter about the whole thing. At least he knows for future eh?
