M.I.A. Claims Jay-Z And Beyoncé Pressured Her Into ‘Satanic Rituals’ In Viral Video

Remember M.I.A. of ‘Paper Planes’ and ‘Bird Flu’ fame? The British rapper previously released a video in which she claimed Jay-Z and Beyonce forced her to undergo blood rituals and pressured her to get plastic surgery, and it’s now gone viral after apparently not enough people got wind of it the first time?

M.I.A. claims this all happened when she signed to Jay-Z’s Roc Nation in 2012, before leaving the label two years later in 2014:

In the clip, she says: ‘They wanted me to do plastic surgery and satanic rituals to sell records.’

‘Even when I met Jay-Z and I signed to Roc Nation, the first thing he told me to do is get plastic surgery.

‘I’m not insecure because I would’ve got plastic surgery.’

I mean, Jay-Z advising anyone to get plastic surgery is pretty hilarious, but what’s more interesting are the allegations of satanic rituals, which is a rumour/conspiracy theory that has been a part of hip hop and the music industry in general for years now. It just never really gets taken seriously because the people who make these allegations are always either Kanye-types who people already think are crazy, or musicians who disappeared off the face of the planet, or both of those things, in M.I.A.’s case.

Well anyway, fair play to M.I.A for going viral again, but it’s not like Beyonce or Jay-Z or any of the industry elite are ever going to address this sort of thing.
