Lil Nas X Arrested And Taken To Hospital After Walking Around The Streets Of LA At 4AM In His Underwear

A wild video of Lil Nas X walking up and down the streets of LA in his underwear at 4AM has gone viral.

Witnesses thought the whole thing was weird enough to call 911, and it led to an altercation where the rapper star charged at police before being arrested and taken to hospital:

Very strange indeed. My first thought was that it was some kind of publicity stunt, but those usually don’t end with the person being arrested for obstructing a police officer:

Some are speculating that Lil Nas X was having a bad trip, although I’m not sure that using the middle lane as a runway for your gay catwalk can be necessarily categorised as a ‘bad’ trip. It does seem like he may have been on the brink of a psychological break though, so fair play to everyone who called police. Although you would think this type of behaviour wasn’t particularly out of the norm for somewhere like LA in 2025.

Anyway, here’s hoping the lad is able to get through whatever he’s got going on. Seems like we could be dealing with yet another traumatised, young Hollywood celebrity. Fame + drugs + mental ilness is a dangerous combo. Get well soon, X!
