Bonnie Blue Fined Just £9 As She’s Deported From Bali And Banned For 10 Years
As reported last night, Bonnie Blue caught the mother of all lucky breaks after Indonesian officials ruled she would be deported from Bali and banned for at least a decade – rather than being locked up for 15 years.
She was also initially looking at a hefty fine of 6 billion rupiah (£270,000) for breaching morality and traffic laws in the country, but in the end has been hit with a measly fine of 200,000 rupiah (£8.97). £8.97! It costs more to buy a sandwich at their airport.
It turns out that the investigation by police and immigration officials uncovered no evidence that Bonnie, whose real name is Tia Billinger, had breached anti-pornography rules. God knows how she managed that given she was literally on a BangBus tour and was found with 17 men in her minivan.

The £9 fine was issued for ‘violating traffic regulations by using an open-back truck for goods but carrying people on the open-back truck’.
She was told she could pay the fine or be jailed. Which is a total no-brainer, to be fair.
A spokesperson for the police force told local outlet Kumparan News: ‘When they were raided, they were making collab content about a game where the winner would sleep with Bonnie Blue.
‘No pornographic activities or acts have been found in the collaborative content.’
Sounds like she really just got lucky with the timing? Interestingly, she did seem very confident that she would be alright even when a 15-year stretch was still on the table. Here she is arriving at court, all smiles and asking people to subscribe to her channels:
Bonnie Blue laughs and takes selfies while arriving for Indonesian immigration interrogation after being arrested in Bali.
She could face up to 15 years in prison over allegations she was making explicit content or be deported and face a 10 year ban.

In the end, the whole saga has only lended to her notoriety and given her tons of free publicity, in southeast Asia and beyond. Talk about entrepreneurial spirit!

Immigration chief Heru Winarko sad: ‘They will be black-listed from entering Indonesia for at least 10 years (that) could be extended.’
Worth it, I suppose. Wonder where the Bangbus tour will be headed next…?
