Moment Joe Rogan Is Stunned Mid-Podcast By News Of Charlie Kirk’s Assassination
Joe Rogan had Charlie Sheen, of all people, on his podcast the moment that news broke of the Charlie Kirk assassination this week. Having known Kirk personally and been an admirer of his, he was obviously completely stunned by the news, and that’s without even having watched the clip of the shooting by that point.
Here’s Rogan’s reaction to the news:
Joe Rogan has a raw moment on air as he struggles to process the news that Charlie Kirk is dead.
This clip takes you back to the moment we all first heard the devastating news.

Nice to see Charlie Sheen looking sober and well in that clip, and of course he’s absolutely right with his comments on the situation: that nobody deserves to die for their beliefs, even if those beliefs sicken or offend millions of people.
Rogan goes on to credit Kirk for trying to protect Americans’ ability to have an open debate.
He says: “There’s going to be a lot of people celebrating this. It’s so scary. It’s so dangerous too, to celebrate or to in any way encourage this kind of behavior from human beings. … He’s not a violent guy. He was talking to people on college campuses.”
He added that Kirk “wasn’t even particularly rude. He tried to be pretty reasonable with people.”
Sheen responded: “Everything I saw seemed reasonable.”
At time of writing, Charlie Kirk’s killer is still at large, with two suspects arrested at the scene already released without charge.
